Process

We work with premium providers to offer all of the benefits without the pressure of quotas or commissions.

  1. The first step that we take with all of our clients is to listen to their needs. At Pioneer Financial, we believe that true listening is a dying art. We always meet one on one with our clients to establish a connection and to begin the process. Once we have your story, we can begin to understand your needs.
  2. Step two involves data collection. We will use the information we have gathered in our meeting to find customized solutions for you. We have a deep network of the world’s best providers. Because we gain no commissions from individual providers, you don’t have to worry about being pitched anything that is not right for your needs.
  3. Step three is another meeting to discuss our findings. We work through the solutions together with you to determine the best course of action.
  4. Step four is when your coverage goes into place. In this step, some customers prefer to get a second opinion before they decide on coverage. We are confident in our rates and advice and encourage you to compare them.
  5. In step five,we perform an evaluation after you enroll to make sure that you are satisfied with your coverage. Pioneer is not looking for a quick sale when we work with you. Rather, we are committed to partnering with you to create real value for you and your family for years to come.
